Please note: We
do not
share any information submitted through the order process with third
parties. All information is for internal use only. If you wish never to
be contacted after the transaction is complete, please notify us when

Please note:
We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your
sunglasses/goggles from A Sight for Sport Eyes directly, do not return
merchandise to us. We will not be responsible for your returns.
All the
products we carry have at least a six month warranty on all parts (lenses
excluded) from the manufacturer (some exceptions). Most products have a one or
two year warranty. Native, Gargoyles, Zeal, and Rec-Specs have lifetime
warranties. Refer to each product page for warranty terms.
If you have a warranty problem please
refer to the warranty information card included with your packaging. It should
take 2-4 weeks to receive your replacement product.
If you do not have your warranty
card, please e-mail, call us or use on-line chat (top
left corner of site) and we will give you the warranty information. We may be
able to warrant certain items directly faster. Please
e-mail us or use on-line chat
first to see if your product qualifies. A service charge may apply.
If you need a copy of a receipt mailed
or faxed to you, please
e-mail us or use on-line chat
and we will get it out to you immediately.
Neither the manufacturer nor A Sight
for Sport Eyes is responsible for items lost in the mail so please insure your
items.
Refund:
You have 15 days to return a non-prescription
product for a refund, less shipping. Clothing and other peripherals such
as bags are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes or colors. (see
product page for products this applies to) All items
must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping will not be
refunded. If shipping was given to you free on your order, you will refunded for
the item less the cost of shipping that item to you.
Prescriptions are non-refundable (no
exceptions) as they are custom made products. If the prescription lenses are
not made properly, will be re-made until correct. However, if you
don't like the style or have distortion problems associated with RX8 styles, A
Sight for Sport Eyes is not responsible for the lens cost. The frame only may be
returned for credit (except Bugz and Barracuda as lenses are glued in). The
lenses will not be credited. If concerned, order frame first to try,
then send it back for a prescription lens. Also, see
prescription information page for wrap around frames (RX8). Some
prescriptions may be exchangeable. See exchange information below for additional
information.
Credits may take up to 4 weeks to show
on your card. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please
insure or add tracking to package for your own safety. *Any
promotional discounts used may be deducted from the return.

Exchange:
30 days for an exchange. No shipping charges will apply
on the first exchanged item unless you request faster shipping. Exchanged
items will be sent via regular mail. Frames must be in its original
condition and packaging to be fully exchangeable. Exchanged items will be
shipped regular mail. If you would like your shipping upgraded for a charge,
please make a note with your return.
Prescription lenses are not fully exchangeable.
Prescription lenses made by the A Sight for Sport Eyes laboratory, are subject
to a one time re-do into another frame at 70% off the new lens price. (30%
charge). Re-do must occur within 30 days of purchase. This does not
apply to lenses made direct with the manufacturer (authentic lenses). Some
examples are Serengeti, Bolle (except inserts), Zeal, Rudy Project (except
inserts), Jim, Bugz, Barracuda, Panoptx, etc. Prescription lenses
made direct from the manufacturer are not exchangeable/refundable under any
circumstances (except Zeal). Frame only can be exchanged (except
Barracuda/Bugz as lenses are glued in). See brand page for products this
applies to.
Please insure or add
tracking to package for your own safety.
Mail returns and exchanges to: 385 N.
State St., Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Please include your name, address, and
a copy of your receipt for faster processing. Exchanged product will be
mailed back via regular US mail with delivery confirmation (in US only).
No insurance will be added unless you request it with your return.
We strive to offer the best prices on all of
our products, but if you find it cheaper, will try to match or beat any
authorized
dealer's advertised price (close-outs or specials not included). Note:
If you buy a product from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty may be
invalid. Just
e-mail us where you found a price and we will tell you if we can do
better. We take into consideration shipping cost as well as our shipping
prices are one of the lowest around. Please
note: We cannot match prices on Rudy Project products. Note: If
your receipt shows an unauthorized price on Rudy Project, Rudy Project
will not honor your warranty.

We offer
Free gift wrapping. Just click here
to add Gift wrapping to your order. If you are having it shipped
to someone as a gift, let us know in the comments section. Instead of
putting the receipt in the package, we will mail you the receipt and
include a note that the gift was from you.
We also have
gift certificates available in $10, $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Gift
certificates can be used for on-line purchases using a tracking code.
Therefore, you don't have to mail a certificate in to use it. This makes
it convenient to give as a gift. To order, click on the denomination you
wish. Shipping is free on all gift certificates (shipping
discount will be taken manually when we process your order).
Free shipping is
available on all orders of $75 or more. When your shopping cart totals
$75, you will be given a $5 discount (price of standard shipping). This
way if you want rush shipping, you don't have to pay full price for it.
You will just pay the additional over the regular shipping. The shipping
discount will appear as a $5 discount in your cart. Shipping will then be
charged back to you for the method you select.

Military/Police
Discounts |
If you are in the military or police forces, you can take
an additional 5% off your order. This discount will be taken when your
order is processed and will not be reflected in your shopping cart. To
have the discount applied to your order, we need verification of your enlistment
in the military or police. All orders sent to military bases or APO boxes
do not need additional verification. However, if your order will be going
to a personal address, please fax (888-240-6551) or
e-mail
a letter stating your military status or simply a letter with police or military
letterhead. Please be sure to include your name and order number
with your fax or e-mail. Please note: All
Rudy Project items are excluded from this discount.

Club/Organization
Discounts |
If you belong to a
biking, cycling, swimming, etc. club, your club may qualify for a 5% discount.
Registered club members will receive 5% off their orders. Discounts will
be taken when the order is processed and will not be reflected in the shopping
cart. To take the discount, please mention in the comments section of your
order form the club/association you are affiliated with and your member number
if applicable. To get your club or organization registered, please
e-mail us.

*If a product eligible for a promotional discount is returned

To check the
status of your order, please e-mail us or use on-line chat. We track your
order through your last name or order number for on-line orders. Please
be sure to include your name. We will forward you a tracking number to
track your shipment. We are only able to check order status over the
phone or by our on-line chat from 10:00am to 6:00pm PST Monday through
Friday. Please note: All on-line orders are subject to a 24 hour
delay and all orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Friday will not be
processed until Monday. Out of stock items are subject to a 1 to 5 day
delay. If your item is backordered for more than a week, we will notify
you.
