We all know the dangers of the sun, and it

the eyes is extremely dangerous and is often overlooked. UV rays are
damaging to the retina (retinopathy), can cause inflammation or premature aging
of the cornea, cataracts (opacification of the cyrstalline lens) and
irreversible ocular lesions. Infrared rays disperse the sun's heat and
accentuate the effects of UV on the crystalline lens. They have a drying
effect on the cornea and lead to visual fatigue. The blue light component
